In order to make this image in photoshop, masking and adjustments were primary tools for the asignment.
First a mask was made around the city in order to seperate it from the background from the original image. Next a mask was made around the sky in order to seperate it from the background from the original image. Lasty a mask was made around the river in order to seperate it from the background from the original image. The sky was given a saturation increase, as well as the river and city.
